Eng. Wimal Jayakody — Chairman /Managing Director M.Sc. Mech. Eng. (Moscow) M-ASHRAE (USA), M-ASME (USA), M-KSE Having started the working career at Central Engineering Consultancy Bureau (CECB) and at other local and foreign consultants, Wimal was successful in establishing Inaire way back in 1997 with the intention of providing a reliable and a competant service. He excelled in taking Inaire to greater heights making it one of the leading air conditioning companies in Sri Lanka with a reputed clientèle. Wimal is a Mechanical Engineer by profession, specialized in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. He was the elected president for the ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-conditioning Engineers) Sri Lankan Chapter in the years 2007/08 and 2012/13.
Eng. N. D. Jayakody — Executive Director M.Sc. (Prod. Eng. Moscow) Nirupa, an M.Sc. graduate joined Inaire as a director in 2005. She now holds the position of Executive Director, provides greater strength to the company. She carries extensive experience in the field of production engineering at several government organizations in Sri Lanka before she joined Inaire.
Eng. Ranjan Gunawardana — Director BEng (SL), C.Eng, PG Dip. (Norway) Joined as a director in 2011, Eng. Ranjan who holds over 30 years experience in Building Services, Hydro Power and Road Development engineering fields, was an Additional General Manager at the Central Engineering Consultancy Bureau (CECB), and have successfully lead the projects by the CECB until his retirement in 2011. His expertise is a great strength to INAIRE's progress and success in recent projects.

Training And Development
At INAIRE we offer a wide range of on-the-job training opportunities for our employees throughout the year in order to build on their competencies and to broaden their awareness of the principles. Employees are eligible for both external professional training and in-house training, based on each employee’s training needs. Immediately upon hiring, every employee receive technical training specific to their job responsibilities such as:

* Installing HVAC Systems.
* HVAC Systems troubleshooting.

Our Community Focus
INAIRE has been doing a number of voluntary projects since 1998. INAIRE values human and environmental rights and bonds to serve the socio-economic culture with a greater community focus. We carry out community relations projects in healthcare, education and social sectors. Our most recent community focus voluntary project was the supply and installation of an operation theatre air conditioning system for the Cancer Hospital, Maharagama.
