Our staff is committed and dedicated to provide quality services to meet the defined time and cost. The company closely monitors the progress of the projects and co-ordinates with the project consultants, clients, main contractors and specialized sub contractors of the projects. Its inaire’s policy to deliver all relevant documents such as workshop and as-built drawings together with operation and maintenance manuals, programs and method statements etc. to meet the requirements and approval of the parties concerned. Upon request, inaire will provide a comprehensive maintenance package to ensure that the true life cycle of the equipment is achieved. In addition inaire has the full capacity to handle projects on turn key (design built) manner.

Board of directors

Eng. Wimal Jayakody — Chairman /Managing Director ​M.Sc. Mech. Eng. (Moscow) M-ASHRAE (USA), M-ASME (USA), M-KSE Having started the working career at Central Engineering Consultancy Bureau (CECB) and at other local and foreign consultants, Wimal was successful in establishing Inaire way back in 1997 with the intention of providing a reliable and a competant service. He excelled in taking Inaire to greater heights making it one of the leading air conditioning companies in Sri Lanka with a reputed clientèle. Wimal is a Mechanical Engineer by profession, specialized in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. He was the elected president for the ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-conditioning Engineers) Sri Lankan Chapter in the years 2007/08 and 2012/13.

Eng. N. D. Jayakody — Executive Director​ M.Sc. (Prod. Eng. Moscow) Nirupa, an M.Sc. graduate joined Inaire as a director in 2005. She now holds the position of Executive Director, provides greater strength to the company. She carries extensive experience in the field of production engineering at several government organizations in Sri Lanka before she joined Inaire.

Eng. Ranjan Gunawardana — Director​ BEng (SL), C.Eng, PG Dip. (Norway) Joined as a director in 2011, Eng. Ranjan who holds over 30 years experience in Building Services, Hydro Power and Road Development engineering fields, was an Additional General Manager at the Central Engineering Consultancy Bureau (CECB), and have successfully lead the projects by the CECB until his retirement in 2011. His expertise is a great strength to INAIRE's progress and success in recent projects.
